The Podhurst Plaintiffs are citizens and residents of a variety of countries-four are citizens of the United States; one is a resident of the United States; and 24 are citizens and residents of India, Australia, or China. (See Podhurst FNC Opp'n. at 21-22; see also infra , Part IV.A.2; IV.B.2.) The Podhurst Plaintiffs represent, or are otherwise related to, 62 of the passengers of the fateful Flight MH370, only one of whom was a citizen of the United States.
