Dallas County Hospital, appellant employer, and Virginia Reciprocal Exchange, its workers’ compensation insurance carrier, appeal a decision by the Workers’ Compensation Commission that found appellee Judy Daniels was entitled to an open-ended award of temporary total disability benefits and that the performance of an intradiscal electro-thermal treatment (IDET) was reasonably necessary to treat appel-lee’s compensable back injury.
