Appellant, Curtis Burris, J appeals from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission denying his claim for permanent and total disability benefits and limiting the decrease in his wage-earning ability equal to a 20% permanent partial disability. Appellee, L & B Moving Storage, contends on cross-appeal that the Commission erred in awarding any wage-loss benefits, and further, that the Commission improperly disregarded a stipulation of facts agreed upon between the parties and consequendy erred in awarding any benefits for a decrease in appellant’s…
