This is an appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Hamilton county dismissing plaintiffs’ amended complaint for want of equity and on cross complaint, removing, as clouds upon the respective titles of the defendants, certain oil and gas leases and a deed under which plaintiffs claimed an interest in the premises and the oil and gas taken therefrom, Since title to a freehold is involved, the appeal is brought direct to this court.
