OPINION
WILLIAM V. ALTENBERGER, Bankruptcy Judge.
This is an adversary action filed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (referred to as FDIC), as receiver of the Atkinson Trust & Savings Bank (referred to as BANK), against Bernard Cerar and his wife, Monique Cerar (jointly referred to as the DEBTORS) seeking to have certain debts originally owing to the BANK by Bernard Cerar (individually referred to as CERAR), and guaranteed by Monique Ce-rar, declared nondischargeable under Section 523 of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. Section 523.
