Appellee, Docia Barton, filed a bill in chancery against Daniel Hayden, W. W. Hyde and William Barton. The first part of her bill related to matters between William Barton, her former husband, from whom she had been divorced, and herself as to alimony, but he was not served with summons, so that those matters were not adjudicated and are not material here. The second part of the bill sought to cancel and set aside, as a cloud on her title, a mortgage given by appellee to W. W. Hyde on her undivided one-half of a certain lot in…
