ORDER

KOZINSKI, Chief Judge:

A pro se litigant alleges that a magistrate judge "unlawfully granted [defendants'] request for dismissal of all defendants and all causes of action" in several of his civil cases and that a district judge "rubber-stamped" those decisions.
