Before the Court are the parties’ motions to bifurcate the trial in this patent infringement case involving a method of performing sinus surgery and a sinus de-brider instrument, U.S. Patent No. 6,293,-957 (“'957 Patent”). Each party requests a different configuration of the proceedings.
