1Opinion of the Court
The administrator of Horne sued Griffin et al. for damages to the timber on land lot 128 in the first district of Wilcox county, to enjoin further trespassing thereon, etc. A nonsuit was granted. The evidence showed, that-the land was a wild lot, and was regularly sold and conveyed, June 4, 1878, by the sheriff, under an execution legally issued against it for State and county tax, to Reid and Tomberlin as purchasers at the sale.
