OPINION
HAGAN, Bankruptcy Judge:
FACTUAL STATEMENT
Marilyn Schmidt (“Appellant”) appeals an order granting Thomas Goseicki’s (“Debtor”) motion for summary judgment in an adversary proceeding. We affirm.
On April 24, 1992, the Appellant filed an action against the Debtor in the California Superior Court.
