Jose R. Calendario (“Calendario”), pro se, has filed a motion seeking an extension of time (“the Extension Motion”) within which to object to the discharge of the debtor Luis Pagan (the “Debtor”). Calen-dario has also filed the instant adversary proceeding seeking to bar the Debtor’s discharge. The Debtor opposes the requested extension and has filed a motion to dismiss the adversary proceeding (the “Motion to Dismiss”).
