Plaintiffs filed twenty-eight exceptions to the findings of fact made by Sinclair, J., and to his judgment rendered thereon. Fifteen of these exceptions are that his Honor failed to find the facts set out in each of said exceptions; six of the exceptions are that his. Honor found the facts as set out therein. Neither of these exceptions can be sustained.
