Appellant James Earl McGee appeals from the denial of habeas corpus relief, 28 U.S.C.A. § 2254, by the district court. He was convicted of armed robbery in 1968 in a Texas state court. He alleges two grounds for habeas relief (1) that he was denied his right to counsel at a pre-trial lineup and (2) that the identification testimony of an eye witness was unreliable due to a suggestive lineup. The district court, following the recommendations of the magistrate, denied relief on both grounds. We affirm.
