This is a suit between two attorneys to recover moneys allegedly owed on an oral contract to split a fee. Defendant *575has moved for summary judgment, contending that the alleged fee-splitting arrangement violated the Code of Professional Responsibility, specifically DR 2-107CA),1 and should, therefore, be deemed void and unenforceable.
