Petitioner, under sentence of death upon conviction for murder in the superior court of Catoosa county, Georgia, has filed his petition for habeas corpus in this court, alleging upon oath violations of certain rights guaranteed to him by the Fifth, Sixth and Fourteenth Amendments, Art. Ill, § 2, clause 3, and Art. IV, § 2, clause 1, of the Constitution of the United States 1 . 28 U.S.C.A. § 451 et seq.
