Relators Midwest Gas Users’ Association and the Office of the Public Counsel appeal the decision of the Public Service Commission (PSC) authorizing Missouri Gas Energy to use a Purchased Gas Adjustment Clause (often referred to as a PGA clause) and related Actual Cost adjustment (ACA) clause and gas costs incentive mechanism in the calculation of its natural gas rates.
