Plaintiff, Patrick Pepe (“Pepe”) filed a complaint in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Union County (the “Complaint”), against the defendant, the Rival Company (“Rival”), alleging age discrimination under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (the “NJLAD”), N.J.S.A., 10:5-1, et seq., breach of án express and/or an implied employment contract and breach of the covenants of good faith and fair dealing.
