DECISION
Before this Court is GTE Reinsurance Company Limited's (GTE RE) motion for an order confirming the vote at the November 30, 2010 Meeting of Creditors and implementing its proposed commutation plan, as well as Clearwater Insurance Company (f/k/a Odyssey Reinsurance Corporation and Skandia America Reinsurance Corporation) (Clearwater) and Hudson Insurance Company's (Hudson) (collectively, Odyssey Insureds) objections thereto.
