Jane Han filed a four-count complaint against her former employer, Whole Foods Market Group, Inc. (“Whole Foods”), al*777leging age discrimination, race discrimination, and retaliation in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“the ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq., and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. Whole Foods has moved for summary judgment.1 For the following reasons, Whole Foods’ motion is granted.
