Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Jack *381Turret, J.), entered May 22, 1986, which, after a jury trial, found in favor of the defendant Frances Testa and dismissed the complaint in this personal injury action, is unanimously reversed, on the law, and the matter remanded for a new trial, without costs.
