OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant William S. Sturma (Sturma) appeals his conviction of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of ten hundredths percent (.10%) or greater, a Class C misdemeanor.1

We affirm.
