MOLINARI, P. J.

Steven C., a minor (hereafter referred to as “Steven”), appeals from an order of the juvenile court adjudging him to be a ward of the court and committing him to the Youth Authority upon approval of an order of the juvenile court referee finding the minor to have violated the provisions of Penal Code section 245.
