TIREY, Justice.
This is a suit for permanent injunction and damages. At the conclusion of the testimony the court overruled defendants’ motion for instructed verdict and submitted the cause to the jury on 55 special issues, all of which were answered in favor of plaintiffs. Defendants Limestone Products Company and Texas Lime Company each filed separate motions for judgment non obstante veredicto. The court granted motion of Limestone Products Company for judgment non obstante vere-dicto and decreed accordingly, to which judgment plaintiffs duly excepted. It overruled the motion for judgment…
