I conceive that the decision of this Court in Garfield v. Tindall, 98 Idaho 841, 573 P.2d 966 (1978), and C. Forsman Real Estate Co., Inc. v. Hatch, 97 Idaho 511, 547 P.2d 1116 (1976), stand for the proposition that any person with an interest in property in which another has an interest may singly enter into a brokerage commission contract which, if in writing and signed by him, will satisfy the provisions of I.C. § 9-508.
