The question upon this appeal has to do with the scope or coverage of a policy of marine insurance.

Plaintiff is the owner of the cruiser “Rendezvous.” The boat was delivered to plaintiff in July, 1929. Prior to that time plaintiff procured the policy of insurance issued by defendant. Renewal policies were thereafter issued, and the last renewal was in full force and effect during the month of June, 1932. In the fall of 1931 plaintiff delivered his yacht to the Burger Boat Company at Manitowoc for storage. In April, 1932, plaintiff made arrangements with the boat company to recondition the…
