This appeal involves a class action brought by shareholders of a corporation alleging oppression by majority shareholders of the corporation.

Plaintiffs-respondents, as alleged minority shareholders in St. Regis Apartments, Inc., brought a class action against St. Reg-is alleging oppression by the majority of shareholders. The trial court held that the majority shareholders were guilty of oppression in breach of their fiduciary duties to the minority shareholders by maintaining a system of unequal service charges for equal services.
