MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILLIAM L. STANDISH, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is a motion by Plaintiff Partners Coffee Company, LLC (“Partners”) (Doc. No. 65), seeking to dismiss certain counterclaims raised by Defendants Oceana Services and Products Company (“Oceana”) and Anne C. Gilson (“Mrs. Gilson.”) 1 For the reasons below, the motion to dismiss is granted in part and denied in part.
