This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus in which petitioner seeks relief pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 2241. After a trial by jury in the Court of Common Pleas 'of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, defendant was found guilty of receiving and concealing stolen property. The judgment of conviction was affirmed by the Court of-Appeals for the Eighth Judicial District of Ohio.
