The widow and children of John Loyd, deceased, brought this' suit — an action in trespass to try title — against ■ Jones-O’Brien, Inc., and others, to recover a 3.07-acre tract of land in Gregg county. Title by ten years’ . limitation was relied on by plaintiffs. . Jones-O’Brien, Inc., except as to the oil and gas with incident easements, disclaimed, but as to the interest not disclaimed, in addition to pleas of general denial and not guilty, pleaded ten years limitation.
