The defendant was charged with being, in 1927, in possession and control of livestock in Jackson county which was reasonably suspected of being affected with a contagious, infectious, or communicable disease, and with having refused to allow the deputy State veterinary to examine such livestock, contrary to the provisions of Act No. 181, Pub.
