MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HORACE T. WARD, District Judge'.
Plaintiff instituted this diversity action in the Superior Court of Clayton County, Georgia, seeking recovery for the alleged wrongful termination of a distributorship contract between the plaintiff and defendant. The defendant then removed the action to federal court. This matter is cur rently before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
