This is an application pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act for a review of the determination heretofore made by the board of police pensions established by article 25 of the Charter of the City of Buffalo.* Apparently the title of.this *161proceeding has been carried over from the proceeding sought to be reviewed.
