WAGNER, Chief Judge:
Appellant, M.A.C., appeals from an adjudication of delinquency based upon the trial court’s finding that he was guilty of first degree murder. M.A.C., who was fifteen-years-old at the time of the offense and his arrest, contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion tó suppress his confession.
