I. Introduction

This entry addresses summary judgment motions filed by Defendant Bridge-stone/Firestone North American Tire, LLC (“Firestone”) in three of the personal injury/wrongful death cases pending in this Multidistrict Litigation. 1 Firestone asserts, as the basis for these motions, that the plaintiffs’ claims are barred by the applicable statutes of limitations.
