The instant civil action is presently before the Court for disposition of the motion of Defendants Robert Arthur, Marsha O’Hara, Robert Fishman, Sheryl Moyer and Resources For Human Development, Inc. (“RHD”) to dismiss Plaintiffs’ Complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted and for lack of subject matter jurisdiction over certain claims.
