Appeal from the Circuit Court of St. Clair county; the Hon. Amos Watts, Judge, presiding. George Christian Mueller died March 27, 1870. By his will, dated March 14, 1870, his real estate was devised to his sons, George and Solomon Mueller. The will was admitted to probate,' but afterwards, at the January term, 1871, in- the circuit court of St. Clair county, this instrument was, on bill filed for that purpose, set aside, and declared not to be the will of said deceased.
