MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

PAYNE, District Judge.

Patricia W. Fromal, a voluntary debtor under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code, has applied for leave to appeal in forma pauperis from a decision of this court affirming a final order of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, (Hal J. Bonney, Judge), that sustained the objections of the Trustee and an unsecured creditor to exemptions Fro-mal claimed under 11 U.S.C. § 522(d). Fro-mal also has filed a motion seeking a free copy of the transcript of the proceeding before the Bankruptcy Court. See 28 U.S.C. § 753(f). For…
