This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis, affirming an award of the Workmen's Compensation Commission. An appeal was granted to the St. Louis Court of Appeals. Appellants contend that the appeal should have been granted to this court because the amount involved was in excess of $7500. The Court of Appeals transferred the case here and we think rightly so.
