This matter comes on before this Court on B & G Construction Company’s petition for review of a decision and final order of the Benefits Review Board (“the Board”) of the United States Department of Labor (“DOL”) dated August 30, 2010, that reversed an administrative law judge’s (“ALJ”) decision and order denying respondent Norma G.
