The defendants #1 Marketing Service, Inc., RYB Realty, LLC, Top of the Hob, Inc., 85 M.A., Inc., Yury Baumblit, Rimma Baumblit, and Elita Gershengorn (hereinafter collectively the respondents) are the operators of several three-quarter houses in Brooklyn and Queens.
