Proceedings

The plaintiffs commenced this action by summons and complaint dated September 11, 2007. In their complaint, the plaintiffs alleged that they bought a homeowner’s insurance policy from the defendant, entitled the Allstate Deluxe Plus Homeowners’ Policy, to insure the real property they owned in the Village of Roslyn. The policy was to be effective from April 19, 2005 through April 19, 2006.
