{34} I respectfully dissent.
{35} In the post-judgment hearing apparently related to the Ewert Board’s motion to vacate the court’s judgments (the post-judgment hearing), the court addressed questions in regard to whether the Ewert Board members could be held individually liable for the Fletcher Board’s attorney fees in the declaratory judgment action.
