This matter comes before the Court on Debtor’s “Motion for Entry of an Order Pursuant to Section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code and Bankruptcy Rules 2002, 6006 and 9014 Rejecting Executory Contract with Royalty Recovery, Inc.”, ECF Docket No. 30 (the “Motion to Reject”).
