Amado Delos Reyes, administrator of the estate of Elsie Delos Reyes, appeals the trial court’s order granting the City of Renton’s motion for summary judgment in this wrongful death action. He contends the trial court erred by dismissing this action based on his failure to verify the claim filed with the City prior to commencement of this action.
