The suit is one brought by appellants to establish title to certain oil, gas, and other minerals in place in a tract of land located in Eastland county ; also seeking certain relief by injunction. Upon the first trial of the .case judgment was rendered for appellants, which upon appeal to the Court of Civil Appeals at El Paso was reversed and judgment rendered for appel-lees. 261 S. W. 506. The Supreme Court, after granting a writ of error, reversed the judgment of the trial court and remanded the cause in accordance with an opinion of the Commission of Appeals. 277 S. W. 1043.
