MEMORANDUM OPINION

Pending before this Court is a Motion for Amendment of Judgment filed by Plaintiffs Charles Brown, Brian Chisolm, Joseph B. Jenkins, III, and Gail Manuel (collectively “Plaintiffs”) regarding this Court’s prior Order and Judgment (Paper No. 42) and accompanying Memorandum Opinion (Paper No. 41) on the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment.
