Adams v. Farlow

These four cases were consolidated on appeal. They arise from controversies between the two boards that comprise the board of trustees of the trust established by the codicil to the will of John J. Eagan. The two boards are the Board of Operatives and the Board of Management.1 The res of the trust is the American Cast Iron Pipe Company ("ACIPCo").
