This matter came before the undersigned on August 24, 2005 pursuant to assignment. Attorney Michael Dunbar appeared for Debtor Benjamin Stone. Attorney Brian Fagan appeared for Trustee Renee Hanrahan. After the presentation of evidence and argument, the Court took the matter under advisement.
