I. These three cases involve the same questions, are argued and submitted together, and will be considered and determined in one opinion.
Plaintiff Schlosser is the owner of lots 2 and 3 oí section 30, township 97 north, of range 34 west, of fifth principal meridian, in Palo Alto county, Iowa. This land lies adjacent to a lake, a body of water about two miles wide and three miles long, and being from ten to eighteen feet deep. These lots were patented by the United States to John A.
