In this petition, Brandéis Machinery & Supply Company (“Brandéis” or the “Company”) seeks review of an order of the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB” or the “Board”). The NLRB determined that Brandéis had violated the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA” or the “Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq., with respect to actions taken in response to union-organizing activities at its South Bend, Indiana facility.
